My husband and I started looking at homes in the summer. Paul was really great about scheduling showings, following up, and answering any questions we had about the area and comps in the area. When we decided to make an offer on a home, he was very detailed and thorough, making sure we understood every step in the process. Paul took us through several homes, driving a whopping 40 minutes each way just to get to the area we wanted! He answered numerous phone calls, texts, and emails staying up late just to make sure any offers we made were to our liking! He encouraged us to do what would be in our best interest, not his, even if it meant waiting a very long time on a “short sale.” The hardest part of the sale was the waiting but Paul stayed in touch and worked with us till the very end!
